Hill’s Bar-B-Que & Catering in Gainesville, FL, can provide a wide range of services to accommodate the specific needs of each special event.
- Although we always prefer to cook the food fresh onsite, if the event will not allow for this service, we will cook the food fresh offsite and deliver. As such, and if requested, our delivery will include a buffet setup.
- Hill’s Bar-B-Que & Catering can provide chafing dishes for the weddings or any event that would appreciate a more formal appearance or the need for the food to be kept warm for an extended period.
- We can provide service staff to accommodate the needs of each event. Some of these services include serving the buffet line, serving the beverages, busing tables, cutting and serving wedding cake to the guests, and cleanup, just to name a few.
- We have perfected the Gameday Tailgate Parties over the years and can easily accommodate several individual events with fresh food preparation and delivery to meet the needs and timeline of each of our customers.
